2. Description of Services

GrowthPath provides personal development coaching services designed to help individuals achieve personal and professional growth. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, online courses, and educational resources. All coaching services are provided for educational and developmental purposes only.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and coaching sessions
• Participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions
• Complete agreed-upon assignments and exercises between sessions
• Communicate openly about your goals, challenges, and progress
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants in group sessions
• Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice for rescheduling

4. Coach Responsibilities

Our coaches commit to:

• Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics
• Respect client confidentiality and privacy
• Provide services within their scope of competence and training
• Create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment
• Honor scheduled appointments and provide advance notice for any changes
• Continuously develop their skills and knowledge through ongoing education

5. Payment Terms

Payment for coaching services is due in advance of sessions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. Refund policies vary by service type and are detailed in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Coaches reserve the right to cancel sessions due to illness or emergency circumstances and will provide alternative arrangements when possible.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information shared during coaching sessions. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law or when there is imminent risk of harm to self or others. All session notes and client records are securely stored and protected according to industry best practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. While coaching can be highly beneficial, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services, including but not limited to worksheets, assessments, videos, and written materials, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Clients may use these materials for personal development purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. In case of termination, any prepaid fees for unused services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if clients engage in inappropriate behavior, violate these terms, or fail to make required payments.

11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrowthPath operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of our jurisdiction.
